We accept patients without prior testing and we are happy to provide in-house testing for individuals and couples (reproductive hormones, AMH, ultrasound studies, sonohysterogram, semen analysis, etc.).
Whether you are only interested in checking your fertility status or whether you are ready to begin your journey to parenthood, we are happy to see you at Ajax Fertility and assist you in planning all your fertility-related goals!
To become a patient....
Kindly ask your family doctor (or a walk-in physician if you currently do not have a family doctor) to fax us a referral to: 905-245-0522
Once your referral is received, we will contact you directly and schedule your first consultation within 2-3 weeks of receiving the referral.
